For 20 years, attorney Mike N. Vo has represented individuals and companies in California state courts, in federal courts, in front of the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and in administrative hearings before the Department of Labor and Board of Cosmetology.  Mr. Vo’s litigation experience is diverse and covers a wide range of topics, including contract disputes, shareholder and partner disputes, misappropriation of trade secrets, anti-competitive practices, intellectual property infringement, employment and wage/hour issues, and healthcare fraud.  

Mr. Vo also represents clients in transactional matters and disputes, often times quickly identifying and resolving issues that tremendously benefit clients by avoiding unnecessary lawsuits.  His representation of CPL Clients has resulted in successful outcomes and favorable settlements in the areas of employment disputes, civil litigation, government prosecution, and healthcare fraud.
